The Court has jurisdiction over all traffic, ordinance and criminal violations within the city limits. The judge is elected by the people to serve a four year term.
The current presiding judge is Judge Rita Bailey.
To note: District Court has a drop box located at the front of the building located at 550 Edgewood Drive Suite #400.
Court Times
Criminal and Traffic Court is held every Tuesday at 1:30PM.
Bench trials start at 2:30PM and 3:30PM.
Civil and Small Claims Court is held the third Monday of each month at 1:00PM.
