The applicants are as follows:
1) Revised Preliminary Plat The Im at White Oak Crossing
2) Revised Preliminary Development Plan for The Im at White Oak Crossing
Items 1 & 2 were tabled form the January 2020 regular Planning Commission meeting.
3) Proposed amendment to the Maumelle Master Land Use Plan, from “SUR”, (Special Use Residential) to “COMM”, (Commercial).
4) Proposed amendment to the Maumelle Master Zoning Map, from “PRD”, ( Planned Residential District) to “C-3”, (Commercial Service)
Items 3 & 4 pertain to a 2.6 acre tract east of Diamond Park Lane Commercial development due north of the White Oak Crossing.
