White Oak Crossing in Maumelle is the road to the new interchange on Interstate 40 and to the future of
the City of Maumelle.
The mission of the office is to facilitate the planned orderly growth of the community through the creation of new jobs that will ultimately expand the city's tax base, the retention of existing jobs/businesses and improvements in the quality of life for every citizen
The City of Maumelle works closely with the Arkansas Economic Development Commission (AEDC) and the Metro Little Rock Alliance (MLRA) in a regional effort to offer incentives that will meet the needs of new businesses and the needs of existing businesses that are experiencing or anticipating growth.
Taking care of Business
Taking care of existing businesses is a priority for the City of Maumelle. However, adding more industries and attracting retail is also crucial. The City works closely with property owners and other organizations, such as Metro Little Rock Alliance, to recruit new businesses to Maumelle
