State Incentives

The City of Maumelle works closely with the Arkansas Economic Development Commission and the Metro Little Rock Alliance in a regional effort to offer incentives that will meet the needs of new businesses and the needs of existing businesses who are experiencing or anticpating growth.

The following incentive programs are available to eligible businesses:
