Dillard’s is seeking motivated, enthusiastic, team players to work in their new state-of-the-art Internet Fulfillment Center located in beautiful Maumelle. Associates will work in a climate –controlled, fast-paced, incentive-based, detail-oriented workplace where teamwork, safety, and quality are valued and expected.

Dillard’s offers a Base+ incentive pay program. The expected range of pay will be $11 - $15 per hour. Competitive benefits will also be offered, including up to 25% employee discount on Dillard’s merchandise, and flexible shift offerings (full- or part-time, day, evening, and weekend shifts available).

Dock Associate
Production Associate
Returns Associate
Maintenance Associate

Minimum Requirements:

1) At least 18 years of age. 2) High School Diploma or equivalent. 3) Career Readiness Certificate. 4) Able to handle/lift product up to 40 lbs. 5) One year of work experience. 6) Participation in pre-employment training

An Arkansas Career Readiness Certificate (CRC) is required. The Department of Workforce Services will be at the Job Fair on Saturday, 1/14/12, to start the process to obtain a Career Readiness Certificate.
