Fireworks

The Maumelle City Code provisions have allowed the discharge of fireworks on July 4th each year during certain time frames. Fireworks are allowed during the hours of 4:30pm-10:30pm on July 4th only; provided, that any fireworks discharged under this exception shall not be discharged by any person in or around any group of 25 or more people and shall not be discharged in, on, or from any public, commercial, or industrial property, including but not limited to parking lots, parks, fields, sidewalks, and public roadways.

Fall 2015 Men's and Co-Ed's Softball League

Sunday, July 12th, 2:00 p.m. at the Jess Odom Community Center. Registrations must include: a sufficient team roster, signed waivers, and a full payment in cash or check (made out to the City of Maumelle).

Completed registrations must be turned in
to the Jess Odom Community Center front desk or directly to the League Coordinator. Teams will not be accepted into the league until their registration is verified and complete.

Registration ends when the league is full, or August 4th,
whichever occurs first. League Coordinator will make final terminations of divisional placement.

Public Hearing Notice

Attention: Maumelle Residents:

The Maumelle City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 6, 2015 at approximately 7:30 pm at City Hall, 550 Edgewood Drive, in Maumelle, Arkansas.

The purpose of the meeting is to invite public comment regarding Maumelle Water Management’s (Maumelle Suburban Improvement District 500) proposed water and sewer rate increase.

The public hearing will be held directly following the regularly scheduled City Council meeting.

All are welcome to attend.
