Community & Economic Development

The Office of Community and Economic Development was officially opened in July 1996. The mission of the office is to facilitate the planned orderly growth of the community through the creation of new jobs that will ultimately expand the city's tax base, the retention of existing jobs/businesses, and improvements in the quality of life for every citizen.
