The Maumelle District Court serves a population of more than 17,000 residents. The Court has jurisdiction over all traffic, Ordinance and Criminal violations within the city limits. The judge is elected by the people to serve a four year term.
Criminal & Traffic Court is held every Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. Civil and Small Claim Court is held the third Thursday of each month at 5:00 p.m.
