5. PUBLIC COMMENT During Public Comment, issues NOT on the agenda may be addressed. Public comments concerning items on the agenda will be allowed when that item is discussed by the Council. Anyone wishing to make a comment must fill out the provided form and present it to the City Clerk. In the interest of time comments will be limited to three (3) minutes. This privilege may be revoked by the Mayor in the case of inappropriate language or comments. Any public member shall first state his or her name and address, followed by a concise statement of the person's position or concern. All remarks shall be addressed to the Mayor or the Council as a whole, not to any particular member of the Council. No person other than the Council members and the person having the floor shall be permitted to enter into any discussions without permission of the Mayor.

Resolution 2011-36 Amending the 2011 General Fund Budget With no objections, Mayor Watson may call for the reading of the resolution amending the 2011 General Fund Budget allocating CIP escrowed funds to enhance the appearance of a bunker at Lake Willastein.
