A)  Conditional Use Permit request by the City of Maumelle Parks and Recreation Department (The expansion of Municipal facilities into an Open Space zoning district to accommodate the construction of a skate park).

B)     A re-plat of lots 6&7 Winnetka Acres to Lot 7R Winnetka Acres to accommodate the construction of a Dollar General store.

• P.B. General Holding, Applicant (Lee Kierre and Martha Kierre, Owners)

C)     Proposed Ordinance Amendment Sec. 94.1.  Definitions

( Specifically new definitions regarding Automated Teller Machine, Building Footprint, Convenience Kiosk, Ice Vending Machine, Stand Alone Use, Vending Machine). Proposed Ordinance Amendment Sec. 94-307.  Certain Stand Alone Uses in Commercial Zones (Specifically certain stand alone uses to become conditional uses in all commercial zones and the applicable requirements).

D)    Proposed Ordinance Amendment Sec. 30-92. Specific Standards and Sec. 30-94. Standards for areas of shallow flooding (AO/AH zones) (Specifically a proposal to raise the freeboard height for residential and non-residential construction).
