To all Maumelle business partners and residents:

We are experiencing an increase in the circulation of counterfeit $50.00 and $100.00 bills in our area businesses. Please be extra diligent in checking to make sure bills of these denominations are legitimate and call the Maumelle Police Department (911 or 501-851-1337) immediately, if you get one that is not legitimate. Also, please provide a physical description of the person or persons and the vehicle license number, if you can. Thank you very much for your cooperation and assistance.

In Rememberance of Robert Cogdell

At this very difficult time, the City of Maumelle wishes to remember our friend and colleague Robert Cogdell and his wife Patricia. Robert served the Maumelle community for over 30 years, as the first director of Maumelle’s Public Works Department. The growth of the city has been impacted every day by the work that Robert and the Public Works team has provided. Please remember the Cogdell family, the Public Works family, and Robert’s many friends at the City of Maumelle, as they deal with this tragic loss.
